This is the inaugural Battlers Knob Comedy Festival! We hope to build on the history of the campus the festival is being held at in Philippi, WV. Battlers Knob used to be Alderson-Broaddus University. Since being purchased the campus has been used to bring in music and comedic performances from across the nation. We are excited to bring comedy to the historic town of Philippi.
There will be clean and blue comedy. There are designated times for the different styles of comedy. They are listed in the schedule and tickets can be purchased for all shows or specific shows.
Yes, Battlers Knob Comedy Festival is a family-friendly event with activities and entertainment suitable for all ages. There will be shows designated for 18+.
